Sonia’s Thoughts on Food
On this website I intend to write about food, my profession, (not writing, cooking!), well, my adopted profession! since I was a cook for 24 years! I do not use the word “Chef” too grand and pompous, lacking humility for someone who loves the art of combining colour, taste and texture and wants to interact ideas and thoughts with people without being dogmatic. Some of the dishes might be quite precise receipes but mostly, they will not be hard and fast or unchangeable, but ideas on which one can create a dish, improve on it and cook it to one’s own taste.
I was wondering whether to work them out as a three course meal, each time, because that is the best way to create a balanced meal, or just work on ingredients and make them into receipes. What do you think?
